Facilitation: MüTō Method Workshop; Project Organization and Kickoff
Venue: A silicone valley startup, SocialVision, Inc., engaged MüTō Corp. to help organize their product road-map development effort, and capped off the three day event with the product roadmap project kickoff. Along the way the team engaged in the MüTō Method training exploring and understanding their interpersona communication skills, understanding their motivations, and coming to agreements on effective accountability.
