Our two part Seminar Series allows clients to sample our innovative management training quickly and affordably. MüTō’s seminars are customized to reflect the goals, values, and desired performance levels of our clients. Participants are required to complete the first seminar prior to advancing to the second. Seminars typically run 4 hours in length and are conducted at the client’s site. Included are workshops based on the MüTō Method™, our unique application of communication, motivation and accountability skills. Seminar Series require a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 24 per event.
At additional cost, a 3 month Mentoring & Reporting Package is available with our 2 part seminar series. This additional package maximizes the impact of the seminars, and provides longer lasting results for participants.
Mentoring: Each student receives 3 months of 45 minute, one-on-one, monthly mentoring sessions with a MüTō Mentor. Sessions provide a support structure for students as they apply the skills they have learned from the MüTō Method™, to their work environment.
Reporting: Pre-seminar, mid-mentoring, and post-mentoring assessments are performed. The results provide metrics which are analyzed and made available through incremental reporting. Our clients are able to track participant improvement as a whole, and receive lasting value from MüTō’s services. A final analysis is provided in a Summary Report upon completion of the mentoring program.
Pricing:
Our 2 Part Seminars Series costs $750 per student. The optional Mentoring & Reporting package costs an additional $600 per student
